These are bios and pics of some of our Board of Directors .

Nahum Thermidor

Vice President

Nahum Thermidor graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Criminology) and a double minor in International Business and Financing. His academic knowledge and his experiences in the workforce have enabled him to be a results-oriented individual with more than 13 years of security-management experience, including a law enforcement career with the Tampa (Florida) Police Department.  Currently working with the Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration as a federal officer, Mr. Thermidor is a skilled professional who excels at integrating proven security methods with his unique thought process and attention to detail to enhance security measures in the aviation industry.”  His areas of expertise vary considerably, and include Management, Marketing, Economic Studies, Business Plan Management, Financing, Crime in Foreign Communities, Criminal Rights and Procedures, Counter-terrorism Risk-based Security, Juvenile Justice System, Community-Oriented Policing, Qualitative and Quantitative Research.

Outside of his professional activities, Mr. Thermidor writes.  Mr. Thermidor has already published his first book (titled “Child Support or State Support: who are we supporting?”).  He recently completed a second book that explores romantic relationships and has a third book in progress.  As a contribution to his community, he also mentors at-risk kids by providing them guidance through education and emphasizing the impacts of their actions and the various steps that can be taken to change their behavior.

Carmeleau Hyppolite


Carmeleau Hyppolite received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York and worked as a Design Engineer at General Electric.  Carl then entered the insurance industry and completed educational requirements leading to the designation of Associate of the Society of Actuaries.  Carl continued to extend his knowledge by earning his Master of Business Administration degree at Villanova University, where, he also worked with the MBA professors as a graduate assistant to serve the needs of the school and business students.

Carl became involved in an after school program in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, that helped primarily underprivileged kids stay focused. He volunteered to be a mentor to middle and high school kids and helped them with their work so they could succeed in school, which Carl believes is a key factor that makes people’s lives better.

Carl lives in Tampa, Florida and is currently a manager at MetLife.  He enjoys playing tennis.

Hardam Tripathi

Director of Public Relations & Governmental Affairs

Hardam has served multiple stints with Federal agencies and State government, focusing on a variety of international and criminal legal issues related to the national security of the United States. Hardam has dedicated his life to serve in public service, and to be an advocate for those without a voice in the community. Currently Tripathi is working as a Strategic Risk Crisis Recovery Advisory Senior Analyst in the Crisis Recovery space at Deloitte, and assists state and local governments and non-profits/communities recover from natural disasters that affect their bottom line. Tripathi received his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University and his Masters of Science in Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy from the University of Florida.
